We offer various plans and features to suit different user needs, including insights, competitor analysis, and content optimization. ByteFitz uses OpenAI APIs hosted on Microsoft Azure to provide these services, ensuring a high level of performance, reliability, and security.

3. User Accounts​

To access ByteFitz, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use​

You agree to use ByteFitz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service.
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the platform.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment​

ByteFitz offers various subscription plans: Hobby, Pro, and Expert. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing at any time.

6. Content and Ownership​

You retain ownership of any content you submit to ByteFitz. By submitting content, you grant ByteFitz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Intellectual Property​

All content, features, and functionality on ByteFitz, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ByteFitz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy​

Your use of ByteFitz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information. ByteFitz leverages OpenAI APIs on Microsoft Azure, which adhere to stringent privacy and security standards to protect your data.

9. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ByteFitz at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability​

ByteFitz is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteFitz disclaims all warranties and liabilities.

11. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ByteFitz, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

14. OpenAI API and Microsoft Azure Usage​

ByteFitz utilizes OpenAI APIs hosted on Microsoft Azure to provide our AI-powered services. By using ByteFitz, you also agree to comply with the terms and policies of OpenAI and Microsoft Azure. 15. GDPR Compliance​

ByteFitz and its subprocessors comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring the privacy and security of personal data. Our commitments include:

  • Implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.
  • Assisting you in responding to data subject requests.
  • Notifying you and providing assistance in the event of a data breach.
